About Us
Hi, I’m Josie Peters, the breeder behind Rudy Cuties Doodles. My husband, Wayne, and I raise the doodles on our little farm has grown to include our three children, cows and a few Dalmatians, along with our Australian Shepherds to love.
The Rudy Cutie's Doodles breeding program is a small kennel in Lake City, Minnesota on a milking farm with around 150 cows. Our program involves everyone in the family with our three small children being hands-on from the birth of every puppy born in our home’s kitchen.
Rudy Cutie's primary focus is on the health and temperament of each puppy.
Why did I start my breeding program?
My Great Grandmother passed along her passion for breeding when she started over 55 years ago in Alaska after falling in love with Siberian Huskies. Though she started as a way to make money and to stay at home with her growing family, her dedication and love were infectious – my grandmother and mother (and then me!) have carried on with breeding programs of our own.
